How to buy from Rumacoffee

and inform us the coffee, the coffee type (whole beans or ground), the quantity, your complete address (including City, State, Zip Code, and Country), and additional information (optional).
3. We will send a confirmation message updating the total cost. Please send the payment via Paypal or bank transfer and then confirm your payment by replying to our email.
4. We will process your order and inform you when your coffee is ready to be shipped.
5. Finish!

Will I receive an order confirmation?
As we stated before, an order receipt will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and our bank account or Paypal ID information. Kindly check your junk/spam folder (as some mail servers have strict settings on receiving unfamiliar email address) if you do not received any email.

How to cancel or change my order details?
We start the fulfillment process within hours, so the amount of time that has elapsed will determine if a cancellation or modification is possible. If you want to change or cancel the order, please submit a request through the Contact Us section of this website before making any payment. If the item(s) have already been roasted and packaged, a cancellation request cannot be authorized.

How do I pay for my item?
If you are Indonesian,  you can pay us via Bank Central Asia (BCA). Just order your item through our system and we will send you the order confirmation containing our bank account information.
If you live overseas, you can pay us via Paypal. If you want to place an order online, please email us the name of the items, the size, the quantity, and your complete address (including City, State, Zip Code, and Country). Then we will inform you the total price (including the shipping fee) and our Paypal ID.

What shipping company do you use?
We use JNE and Tiki to ship within Indonesia. And for overseas customers, we use PT Pos Indonesia (EMS and economic shipping operator in Indonesia) as our shipping company.

Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes, we try as much as we could to ship immediately if you put your order before 12 PM Jakarta time (Monday-Friday) and before 9 AM Jakarta time (Saturday).

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

When will my order ship?
We need one to two working days until we send your coffee to the shipping company. And then the local shipping company would take another one to three working days, while the international shipping company (EMS) would take up to seven working days to send the coffee. And the international economic shipping would take around 14 to 21 working days.

Why do I have to wait so long?
Because we usually prepare the coffee after we verify our customers’ orders, and sometimes we receive so many orders in a day. But we always try to send your coffee as fast as we can, and in most case we could prepare the coffee in just one working day until we ship them.

Will my order incur customs charges?
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Rumacoffee do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact our Customer Care straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
